Before You Sell

FAQ

Condition

What condition do you accept?

Raw cards must be NM/M (Near Mint/Mint) only. The card must look fresh out of the pack with no visible damage of any kind.

Graded cards: PSA 10 only.

Cards in lesser condition cannot be priced at the rates shown on the buylist.

What does NM/M mean?

Near Mint/Mint means the card shows no signs of wear or handling:

  • No whitening or chipping on corners or edges
  • No scratches or scuffs on the card face or holo
  • No bends, creases, or dents
  • No stains, moisture damage, or print defects

If in doubt, sleeve the card and photograph it in good lighting before reaching out.

Selling Process

How do I sell my cards to you?

  1. Check the buylist. If your card is listed, you have a reference price.
  2. DM on Instagram or Facebook @bawvault, or email contact@bawvault.com with clear photos of the card front and back.
  3. We agree on a price.
  4. Meet in person or ship the card.

My card isn't on the buylist. Can I still sell it?

Yes. DM or email with photos and I'll make an offer. The buylist covers what I'm actively tracking. I buy other cards too.

Are the prices on the buylist final?

Prices on the buylist are estimates based on current market data and are updated regularly. The final price is confirmed before any transaction. Cards showing "DM for price" require a direct quote. Contact me with photos.

Payment and Meetups

How do you pay?

  • In-person transactions: cash
  • Shipped cards: bank transfer after receiving and verifying condition

Do you meet in person or accept shipping?

Both. For high-value cards, a face-to-face meetup in Kaohsiung is preferred. For standard transactions, shipping within Taiwan is accepted. The seller covers postage.

I also attend card trade events regularly across Taiwan where you can bring cards in person. See the contact page for community groups where events are announced.
